Accessible for all and modified to individual needs this Hatha Yoga class includes gentle poses to improve physical movement patterns with breath techniques and guided relaxation to reduce mental stress and anxiety.


Suitable for those with lower back pain, depression, obesity, diabetes, MS/ME/CFS, low exercise tolerance and long covid.

    The Studio is based upstairs. You can access the studio from the front of the building. Please walk down the corridor just past the West Suffolk College office you will see some stairs on the right, straight up to the stairs to the studio. Alternatively coming through the side entrance, walk forward, first left, before reaching the West Suffolk College office turn left and you will see the stairs. Someone at reception will be happy to direct you, or we will arrange someone to meet you for your first session.
