Using your bodyweight &/or small pieces of equipment we follow a session which ensures your body moves with more ease, builds strength, improves tone, & bladder function.


At the end of every session be guided with your breath, pause, relax & reset. You'll learn how to exercise safely & effective even with medical conditions &/or musculoskeletal issues.


This session is suitable for those with lower back pain, depression, obesity, MS/ME/CFS, low exercise tolerance.
