The every move platform has been created to pull all of Norfolk’s diverse activity providers, from open water swimmers, to football clubs, to falls prevention classes, together in one easy to use place.

By using the Every Move website, you are pledging to comply with the following terms of service. If you disagree with any feature of the Terms of Service you may leave the site at any time.

Users: Searching and Attending Activities on Every Move

Searching

You can search for exercise opportunities to suit you by using criteria like the type of activity, location, date and time, and accessibility requirement. You can also use filters to refine your search results. Search results are based on their relevance to your search and other criteria.

Attending Activities

Activity providers are responsible for their own content on their individual listing and therefore we invite providers to instruct users how best to book or secure a space on their sessions. Each provide is different and we ask users who would like to attend a session to carefully read the ‘how to book’ section of each provider listing before attending. Providers are also asked to provide their contact details, for users to get in touch with them directly.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for using the information provided by an activity provider to locate and judge whether the session is suitable for you before attending. For users attending new sessions, we recommend you use the contact details listed to speak to the provider ahead of attendance at the first session.

Making Payments

Some activities will require payment. Our on-site payment portal is Stripe, which handles the transactions between Every Move and the provider.

We urge you to take time to read the activity listing before making any payments, and familiarise yourself with the refund policy. In the event of a dispute, Active Norfolk are unable to issue refunds on behalf of businesses using Every Move to accept payments. To initiate an exchange or refund, customers will need to reach out to the business directly.

Providers: Provider Terms

As an Activity Provider, Every Move offers you the opportunity to share your Activity session with our community of people looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle through physical activity. It’s easy to create a Listing and you are in control of all your details on your user account. We ask you to provide as much detail as possible for each activity session you list as experience tells us that the more people know about a session in advance, the more likely they are to attend.

Managing Your Account

Creating and Managing Your Activity Listing.

The Every Move Platform provides tools that make it easy for you to set up and manage a Listing. Your Listing must include complete and accurate information about your activity session or service for users to understand whether the activity is right for them. You are responsible keeping your Listing information and content (like photos) up-to-date and accurate at all times.

Search Positioning

Sessions which meet the highest number of criteria are most likely to appear as a priority for people who are searching Every Move for some form of activity. Therefore we recommend that you read through each of the listing pages that you must complete when uploading an activity to ensure your listing is accurate for searchers.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own activity listing on the Every Move platform. This extends to photos, testimonials and descriptions. You are responsible for setting your price and establishing rules and requirements for your Listing. You must describe any and all fees and charges in your Listing description.

General Terms

Reviews

Reviews are fed through Facebook integration. Providers can therefore enter their Facebook account ID and ensure that their Facebook reviews correspond to their Every Move account. Users can therefore leave a Facebook review directly on the provider’s page for it to appear on their every move account.

Content

Parts of the Every Move Platform enable you to provide text, photos, audio, video, information and other content (“Content”). By providing Content, in whatever form and through whatever means, you grant Every Move a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license, for the term of the protection of the rights so licensed, to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise use in any manner such Content to provide and/or promote the Every Move Platform.

If Content includes personal information, such Content will only be used for these purposes if such use complies with applicable data protection laws

You are solely responsible for all Content that you provide and warrant that you either own it or are authorised to grant Every Move the rights described in these Terms. You are responsible and liable if any of your Content violates or infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party. Content which is discriminatory, obscene, harassing, deceptive, violent and illegal is prohibited.

You agree that Every Move may remove any activity sessions or listings which it deems to be in breach of its terms.

Every Move Platform Rules

Rules

You must follow these rules and must not help or induce others to break or circumvent these rules.

• Act with integrity and treat others with respect
• Do not lie, misrepresent something or someone, or pretend to be someone else.
• Be polite and respectful when you communicate or interact with others.
• Do not discriminate against or harass others.
• You may use Content made available through the Every Move Platform solely as is necessary for promoting activity listings.
• Do not use Content unless you have permission from the Content owner.
