Classes will include a range of exercises, performed in both seated and standing mode. These will cover low impact aerobics, muscle and endurance exercises plus flexibility stretches.

The aim is to promote health, increase mobility and independence, improve strength, co-ordination and balance whilst counteracting loneliness and isolation.
