Broadly Active
Broadly Active is a twelve week programme of subsidised exercise that is prescribed by your medical practice, consultant, prescribing pharmacist or physiotherapist.
Referrals are accepted by ActiveNOW and delivered by Broadland and South Norfolk District Councils. Helping you manage your health through exercise.
The programme helps you take some simple steps to become more active safely, whilst supporting your medical condition.
The scheme is available for anyone aged 16 and over.

The Scheme is delivered across a variety of centres and halls. The majority have parking, wheelchair access and toilets - any issues with accessibility will be discussed at time of induction onto the program. Classes are accessible to all levels of ability - alternative exercises suggested throughout the duration of the class. Gym programs are written to meet individual participant needs.
