Is a class considered an active class with a warmup, flow and floor movement section with stretch and relaxation with conscious breathing closing. All the Movement is yoga-based with attention to posture and core strengthening.
AIMED AT AGES 50+
Our Fitness in Later Life (FILL) programme is a welcoming, supportive and popular programme of activities for the over fifties, and includes everything from badminton and pickleball to walking football, gentle stretching to Zumba Gold. Now in its 18th year, our programme has developed into a friendly, active and sociable group of people who meet regularly to exercise, try new sports and enjoy each other’s company. All are welcome, whether you choose to come on your own or with friends/partners, we are open to members and non-members.
