All children must be registered with an adult present on their first morning attending Holiday Club. After their first day, children aged 12 and over may arrive and leave on their own accord with written and signed permission arranged on the first day. This must be agreed with the Holiday Club Lead in advance. All children are grouped by age, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that children will be placed in the same group as their friends. We will be asking for a password to safeguard the safe collection of your child/ren where staff have changed, or you require someone else to collect them. If you are not comfortable saying your password out loud in the reception area, please have this written down or on the screen of your phone so you can show the Club Lead in the morning. Parents or guardians can access the Sportspark car park for free but will need to validate their parking ticket at the Sportspark reception before leaving. Please note there may be a charge if parking in the main UEA car park. Sports, Activities and Crafts: Holiday Club run a variety of sports, activities and crafts throughout the course of the day.
