In the session we do a plenty of different drills to develop our netball skills such as passing, shooting, and defending. Then we do a variety of game-based situations such as 7-aside or 5-aside walking netball. These games are often 5 minutes each way, with plenty of time for rest and substitutions! We play inside on the netball courts.

Our Fitness in Later Life (FILL) programme is a welcoming, supportive and popular programme of activities for the over fifties, and includes everything from badminton and pickleball to walking football, gentle stretching to Zumba Gold. Now in its 18th year, our programme has developed into a friendly, active and sociable group of people who meet regularly to exercise, try new sports and enjoy each other’s company. All are welcome, whether you choose to come on your own or with friends/partners, we are open to members and non-members.
