Our yoga class is designed to strengthen the body and increase flexibility. It also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems. yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Suitable for under 16's.


Vinyasa yoga - This style of Yoga is strong and challenging, moving from pose to pose. Great for toning the body and weight loss. A powerful, faster paced workout, vigorously working you hard and breaking you out into a sweat!! 


Hatha Yoga - A more traditional style of Yoga including breath work and meditation. Done at a gentler, slower pace and holding poses for longer. Great for calming the mind and body.


Yogalates - A mixture of yoga and Pilates exercises in one class. Strengthening the core muscles, improves posture and flexibility. 


Pilates - Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.
