At our centre we offer a range of dance based fitness - great for the body and soul ! Check out our class timetable for dates and times.


Burlexercise - An original dance fitness class that combines a burlesque theme with props. It is specially designed to focus on core strength, cardio fitness and improve your flexibility while leaving you feeling body confident, toned and empowered. All abilities welcome.


Zumba - A dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and international rhythms with easy to follow moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Suitable for under 16's.


Sha'bam - A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!


Sosa - Sosa combines authentic dance steps and body styling in one fantastic fusion of dance and fitness. SOSA classes are high energy but low-impact, making them suitable and safe for all fitness levels. Dance the day away with this uplifting class!


Jungle body - The Jungle Body® offers five Programs to sculpt, transform and shape the entire body. Our secret Formula ensures every class is simplistic, easy to follow, uncomplicated and allows every participant to work to their own intensity
