POWER is designed to build your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Working in small teams, you will complete a selection of small EMOM (every minute on the minute) circuits. We will be using a wide variety of equipment including barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, plyo boxes and slam balls. This class is smaller in size and numbers are limited so I can spend more time with you, working on our technique and giving you hints and tips of how you can train more efficiently.
This will full on with limited rest and you will be pushing your body to the max.
Owing to the intense nature of this class, it will only be available to over 18s.
