Hill stands for Health in later life.

This fun session for all abilities and experience, will help you develop cardiovascular health, full body/functional strength, offer guidance regarding the role of the core in supporting the spine during exercise. This class is a 60-minute all-round fitness class. We spend 15 minutes increasing our heart rate and working on endurance, 15 minutes doing light resistance dumbbell exercises and balance exercises, 10 minutes working on core and pelvic floor muscles and finish up with a nice 20-minute stretch.
