Incorporating Yoga and Pilates, Fitness Yoga is a combination of traditional yoga poses with strength and mobility exercises designed to increase muscle tone, joint stability, flexibility and improve your overall functional movement. We will also do breathing exercises to encourage you to become more aware and focused on the connection between your mental and physical wellbeing.
