EPIC Norfolk are delivering FREE live exercise sessions for people over 50 years old. These sessions will support those who want to improve their physical and mental health or maintain their health to prolong their independence. They can be done seated or standing. The classes are suitable for all abilities and exercises can be adapted to each individual’s needs. They will include aerobic exercises (improve your heart and lung health), balance exercises and muscular strength exercises. All sessions are led by a friendly and experienced Level 4 instructor. It’s ideal that you have a resistance band to use during the sessions. If you don’t have one, please email info@epicnorfolk.com and we’ll post one to you for free. These sessions have been funded through our fund raising events, such as the EPIC 5K races and Blickling Half Marathon. The sessions have been supported by Norwich Consolidated Charities
