These sessions encompass a led cycle ride (in a mostly traffic free environment), maintenance classes, coaching, beach games & healthy food.

Suitable for 8-14 year olds.

Bring your own bike or use one of our fleet of mountain bikes FOC.

Helmets are mandatory. Appropriate clothing & footwear.

All participants must be capable of independently riding on 2 wheels.
