Whether you are 26 or 96, fit as a fiddle or in need of careful support for rehabilitation, we have a wealth of exercises, classes and specialist equipment that can help you.

Improve your mood and general wellbeing, alleviate aches and pains, and build real strength from your core to feel much more in control of your body and your future. 

Pilates is a low impact exercise system which is easy to learn and will leave your body feeling more mobile, open and energised.

You can practice Pilates on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups of eight.
