Applicants should be strong swimmers who can swim 200m continuously, swim both front and back strokes and be comfortable swimming in deep water.
Synchro is suitable for all genders from the age of 7 and is particularly good for children who love the water and want to do something more creative with their swimming.

The Hewett Academy, Cecil Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 2PLWhere to find us: We swim at the Hewett Academy pool - you can reach the car park via Hall road and the turning just before the zebra crossing (if you're coming from McDonalds direction). Then follow through to the back carpark and up the steps – the swimming pool is the building on your left.
