Our Walking Hockey session is aimed at a variety of individuals not up to the rigours of the more energetic form of the game including those with medical conditions, injuries, those wanting to improve fitness and those learning/re-learning the game.

It is a very friendly group with the minimum of competition where enjoyment is the main focus of the session.
