Sessions are open for all abilities of rider aged 5+ to 60+! Your first session is free, £2 a session after that. You must wear a long-sleeved top and long trousers. Bring you own cycle helmet and gloves if you have them, if not we have plenty to borrow. We have speedway bikes of all sizes to borrow. Sessions are 9.30, 10.30 and 11.30.
