This Thursday group consists of a mixture of individual and team based activities for example, individual floor skills, acrobatic elements working in pairs, trios or small groups and performing routines to music.

The session is divided between older, stronger bases and younger, more flexible tops. We work together to produce routines ahead of future display events, such as the Lord Mayor's Procession and Norwich Christmas Lights Switch On.
