The 70-station gym is packed with all the very latest fitness equipment. So whether you fancy an intense cardio workout, weight lifting to build some muscle, resistance workouts, functional workouts or a mixture of all four, The Reef Leisure Centre has everything you need to achieve your goals.

The group exercise studio and the group cycling studio play host to a huge selection of both virtual and instructor-led fitness classes for you to enjoy. With a 25-metre sustainably heated main pool, a teaching pool, and the fun splash pad for kids, there’s a full aquatic programme suitable for everyone.
