No matter your starting fitness level, our Bootcamp group programme is designed to pack a lot into 60 minutes.


• Burn between 400 - 800 calories.

• Get your cardio fitness and muscular development all in one workout.

• Dedicated coaching focus, with limited small group numbers.

• Expert coaches to take you beyond the results you target.

• We breath and achieve together, so expect plenty of support from your coaches and fellow participants.


What is Beyond Any Limits Bootcamp?


• A small group high intensity 60 minute experience.

• A fun platform for any fitness level to improve in cardio respiratory function, weight loss, muscle gain…..we have got it covered.

• Sessions vary week to week and along the way we will introduce you to a number of different exercises and equipment.

• Training alongside like-minded people, all with their own specific goals in mind.

• Ongoing support from the Beyond Any Limits team….we are only ever a quick message away!
