Our classes replicate the structure of LaterLife Training's Falls Management Exercise Programme (FaME), using a mixture of seated and standing exercises. The purpose of the class is to reduce a participant's risk of falls and increase their physical activity levels by exercising several components;


  • Warm-up and mobility

  • Dynamic endurance

  • Strength

  • Balance

  • Backwards Chaining

  • Floor exercises (Individuals are gradually progressed to be able to get to the floor)

  • Stretching & Flexibility 

  • Adapted Tai Chi

    There is a large carpark to the front of the village hall with plenty of parking spaces available. Please call or email Your Health Norfolk before attending the class as we require you to complete an pre-exercise health questionnaire prior to completing our exercise class. This is for your own safety and for the protection of the instructor.
