Your Health Norfolk is a community interest company which deliver evidence-based strength and balance exercise classes for those aged 50+. Our aim is to reduce the risk the falls for the ageing population across Norfolk, and to provide opportunities for social interactions for local communities. Falls are a major cost to the NHS, suitable health pathways and interventions such as strength and balance can reduce these figures.

We are advanced exercise professionals with experience in working with older adults. We have seen first-hand, how following a tailored evidence-based strength and balance programme and attending a class shows significant improvements in health. Our classes can help to regain and improve strength, balance and mobility, which maintains independence in later life.
