Yoga For Every Body
Small group and individual yoga classes, online and in our Acle studio. Our aim is to help you feel comfortable moving and in stillness. All of our classes include chair yoga options. In a typical class, each participant is using props and variations in their own preferred way, with demonstrations and verbal dialogue to help find what works best for you.

Our approach is focused on accessibility and inclusivity for all participants. We begin with how your body feels and then find ways to make a yoga pose work for you. We also prioritize physical and mental exercises that will help you in your daily life. For example, recent classes have included breathing exercises for asthma, balancing sequences to help with climbing ladders, and strengthening movements to assist people with getting up from the floor. We also believe that yoga should be financially accessible, so please get in touch if you need a 'pay what you can' class pass.
