A full day at Avian Dance Studios where you will be able to try different genres of dance and acrobatics. The class will start with an introduction to the basics of ballet, the foundation of all dance. Increase strength and flexibility by working on posture, turnout and pointing your toes. This will develop with an opportunity to portray emotion and storytelling through movement in a lyrical/contemporary session. After lunch, work through the five key elements of acrobatic arts using a range of equipment including the tumble track before learning an exciting street dance routine. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in and trainers (shoes and socks may need to be removed for part of the session).

Running for over 30 years, Tots2Teens offer a wide range of outreach sessions in all school holidays for children living in or attending school in the Broadland District Council area.

This activity is for 6 -10 year olds.
