The course is open women who have an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) & female Carers aged 16+. Delivered by a qualified Instructor. The activities are not aimed at competitive sports but focused on enabling inactive women aged 16 years plus to experience the many benefits of outdoor leisure and fitness activities in a supportive women-only environment. Headway supports women aged 16+ who have an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) helping them to adjust, regain independence, re-learn skills and develop confidence with the support of the families, carers and friends.
