Princess Yoga Pants
I am an independent yoga teacher that offers a range of yoga activity to suit many needs.
I currently run a range of classes in the North Norfolk area that encompass relaxation, improving flexibility and preparation for pregnancy and birth.
I also offer 1:1 sessions, again with a focus on improving flexibility.
I have developed a 6 week yoga class that I am aiming to role out through secondary schools in the local area, and am keen to make connections with people in local schools.
I am a Certified Yoga Teacher in the following areas; pre & postnatal yoga, Mum & Baby yoga, Baby massage, Children’s yoga (2-17), Hatha and Vinyasa.
I Am enrolled in further trainings in; Chair yoga, Yoga life coach, Kundalini and have a keen interest in always learning, so I can offer more to those that I meet.
