This class is designed for those looking to stay active and healthy by keeping their body moving freely and building whole body strength and tone, especially for the core!


The class will work you from top to toe. The exercises are designed to help you build self confidence, increase flexibility and mobility, build strength and create an overall sense of steadiness and relaxation.


´╗┐Heather demonstrates all exercises clearly with lots of cues and feedback she also offers a wide range of modifications to allow you take the class at a pace that's right for you. This small group is friendly and welcoming where everyone gets to know each other and have fun whilst exercising.
