These Multi Sports camps will be ran from 9am-3pm and will include a range of sports / activities including (Football, Tennis, Dodgeball, Handball, Cricket, team games, Archery, Basketball, Hockey and rounders). This element will ensure the children are physically active as well as learning new transferable skills which can be applied to games etc. There will also be a Nutritional learning element which would be covered in an hour's slot which would involve the delivery of Nutritional advice as well as health and wellbeing in the form of interactive fun games and activities, so children get a full understanding of nutrition and the way it affects their lifestyles etc.
