Stretch away stress, strengthen your body and relax your mind with this slow flow yoga class.
Blending hatha yoga with somatic stretches this is mindful movement that feels great, eases away tension and stiffness whilst increasing flexibility and all-round well-being.
We end each class with an utterly blissful guided relaxation, accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.
Beginners welcome.
