In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

This class is delivered by the fantastic Kerry Radley from Norwich Yoga.

Please bring your own non-slip mat and a yoga block (we will have some yoga blocks available). You are also welcome to bring your own blanket if you would like to use it for the relaxation part of the class, but this is not essential.
