This class is for anyone looking to try Pilates for the first time, or hasn't done any exercise for a while and wants to get back into something, or is feeling a bit worried about starting exercise, or recovering from an injury and needs a low impact class to help.

We will spend time making sure you understand neutral spine, and how to engage your core muscles and pelvic floor. These are really important as you need these muscles to support your spine and to help with everyday activities.

The class is held at Buxton Lodge, in Catton Park, every Thursday at 7pm. The class is very friendly and welcoming and I look forward to working with you.
