Join us for this fantastic course during which you will experience some of the benefits that yoga offers. These include a greater ability to manage stress; a reduced risk of diabetes and heart disease; better sleep; improved posture and spinal health; and enhanced muscle strength and flexibility.

By the end of the course you will have learned:

A variety of physical warm-ups for neck, spine, shoulders and legs

Yoga postures which work on a wide range of skills including balance, flexibility, concentration and core strength.

Some simple breathing techniques for relaxation and focus
